Responsible Gambling

At Lotus365, we believe gambling should be entertaining — not stressful. This page provides tools, information and resources to help you stay in control and gamble safely.

💡 Key Reminder: Gambling is entertainment — not a way to make money or solve financial problems. Set a budget before you play and only bet what you can afford to lose. If gambling stops being fun, use the tools below or contact support immediately.

đŸ› ī¸ Safe Betting Tools

Lotus365 provides six tools to help you stay in control. All are available in your account settings or via WhatsApp support — 24/7.

💰

Deposit Limits

Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit limit. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours. Decreasing your limit takes effect right away.

📉

Loss Limits

Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose per day, week or month. When your loss limit is reached, betting is automatically paused for the rest of that period.

⏱ī¸

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum session duration. Lotus365 will remind you when your time limit is approaching, and log you out when it is reached. Prevents extended unplanned sessions.

☕

Take a Break

Request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account is temporarily locked — you cannot deposit or bet during this period. Useful when you feel your gambling is becoming excessive.

đŸšĢ

Self-Exclusion

Close your account for a minimum of 6 months up to 5 years. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen period. All balances are returned. This is the strongest tool available and should be used if you feel you have a gambling problem.

📊

Reality Checks

Receive periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net win/loss. Helps maintain awareness of how long you've been playing and how much you've won or lost in the current session.

đŸ› ī¸ How to access these tools: Login to Lotus365 → Account Settings → Responsible Gambling. All tools are also accessible by messaging Lotus365 WhatsApp support 24/7 — simply say which tool you want to activate.
