Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

Lotus365 ("the Platform", "we", "us") is operated under a Curacao eGaming Licence (#365/JAZ), issued since 2016. The Platform provides online sports betting and casino gaming services to eligible users in permitted jurisdictions. All games and betting markets use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, ensuring fair and independently verifiable outcomes.

By accessing and using Lotus365, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) are not accessing from a jurisdiction where online betting is expressly prohibited; (c) are not acting on behalf of any third party; and (d) have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. Lotus365 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any service at any time. The Platform currency is Indian Rupees (₹).

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Lotus365. This applies regardless of the age of majority in your local jurisdiction. Lotus365 has a strict zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. By registering, you declare that you are 18 or over.

Lotus365 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Acceptable documents include: Aadhaar card, PAN card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held. Users in states with specific online gaming restrictions (Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu) are advised to verify local legal requirements before registering. It remains the user's responsibility to comply with applicable local laws.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts — whether created under the same name, email, phone number, bank account, IP address, or household — are strictly prohibited. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Lotus365 will never request your password via any channel. Any activity carried out using your credentials is your responsibility. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. False information will result in account termination. KYC verification may be required before processing withdrawals.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: Minimum deposit is ₹100. Maximum single deposit is ₹50,00,000. Accepted methods include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), IMPS, Net Banking, Visa/Mastercard cards, and cryptocurrency. Lotus365 charges zero platform fees on deposits.

Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal is ₹200. UPI withdrawals process within 5–15 minutes for verified accounts. Zero withdrawal fees charged by Lotus365. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. Lotus365 may require KYC verification before processing first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above ₹10,000.

Fraud Prevention: Any attempt to reverse a valid deposit via chargeback, or to exploit payment gateway errors, will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential legal action. Deposits made using compromised or third-party payment methods will be held pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus: New users receive a 400% match bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ₹20,000. The bonus is automatically credited within 30 seconds of the first deposit — no promo code required. Subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms. Standard wagering applies to the bonus amount only. Wagering must be completed within the bonus validity period (7–30 days depending on the promotion). Bets placed using bonus funds that are voided or cashed out below minimum odds may not count toward wagering.

• 10% weekly cashback credited every Monday with zero wagering requirements
• Free bets must be used within 7 days of issue
• Lotus365 may modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice
• Bonus abuse including duplicate accounts or coordinated exploitation will result in account closure and forfeiture

6. Sports Betting Rules

All bets placed on Lotus365 are binding once confirmed. The minimum bet is ₹10 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market and event. Lotus365 reserves the right to void bets in cases of manifest pricing errors, system malfunction, event abandonment, result reversal, or evidence of match manipulation. In-play bets placed after the relevant event has concluded will be voided. If one selection in an accumulator is void, the bet is recalculated as if that selection was not included.

7. Casino Games Rules

All casino games use certified RNG technology (non-live games) or real physical equipment supervised by professional dealers (live games). All outcomes are independent and random. The RTP percentages stated are theoretical long-term averages — short-term results may vary significantly. In the event of disconnection during a live game, bets will be settled based on the actual game outcome. Technical failures originating from Lotus365's servers will result in a full bet refund.

8. Restricted Jurisdictions

Lotus365 does not accept registrations from residents of: United States of America, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Australia, and any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. Users accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions via VPN will have their accounts closed and funds forfeited. Within India, it remains the user's sole responsibility to verify and comply with local state laws regarding online betting.

9. Responsible Gambling

Lotus365 is committed to responsible gambling. Tools available to all users include: deposit limits, betting limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. These are accessible via your account settings or WhatsApp support. Self-exclusion requests close your account for a minimum of 6 months and are irreversible for the exclusion period. 10. Privacy & Data

Lotus365 collects and processes personal data per our Privacy Policy. Your data is used for account management, KYC verification, and fraud prevention. We do not sell personal data to third parties. All data is stored on secure encrypted servers with 256-bit SSL protection. By registering, you consent to receive account-related communications from Lotus365.

11. Limitation of Liability

Lotus365 provides services "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lotus365 excludes all liability for financial losses arising from betting, loss of data due to technical failures, or indirect/consequential damages. Total liability to any user shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 12 months preceding any claim. Users accept that gambling involves financial risk and losses are possible.

12. Changes to Terms

Lotus365 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Curaçao courts. Significant changes will be communicated via WhatsApp or email to registered users.
